Merry Christmas!

I work at a daycare center as a teacher. Every year there is a Christmas Festival for children at work. A few days ago, my co-workers and I already packed some Christmas presents for the children. Yesterday we had a Christmas Festival. Santa Claus in red clothes visited us to give the presents to the children. When the children looked at him, some looked a little bit nervous. Santa Claus called the children names and gave the presents. He also gave me and my co-workers small presents. My boss already prepared some presents for us. I was happy to receive it from Santa Claus and took a picture with him. I had never received any gifts from Santa claus at work. This Christmas was special.

How to make Meju, '메주 만드는 법'

Have you ever had Korean food? I think that most countries have their own special sauces to cook with. Korea also has special and traditional sauces like soy sauce (ganjang, 간장), soybean paste (doenjang, 된장), and red pepper paste (gochujang, 고추장). To make doenjang, gochujang, and ganjang, we have to make the blocks of fermented soybeans (Meju, 메주). When I was a child, I often saw my mom making them. But now I am used to buying the sauces, instead of making them! *How to make Meju, '메주'* ---------------- 1. Prepare yellow soybeans and keep them soaked in water for about 8 hours. 2. Buddhism says that it's very difficult to meet again in this life time if there isn't a special connection in a previous life. Haven't you ever come across a person by chance without making promises on the earth living billions of people?
