Waiting for the age of fifty

Good evening~ You might be sleeping now. Today is windy. I can hear the sound of wind over the window. Writing my diary in English is one of my pleasures. I enjoy reading my English writing. People say that life starts at forty. It must be an important moment. Before I was forty, I started learning foreign languages again. Since then, my life changed with joy. I have gotten many good energy from nice friends who are passionate about studying languages. Thanks to them, I feel happy in my daily life. I'll be fifty next year. I am not afraid to be older. I want to have more experience and learn more about the world since I already stepped one foot in a different world.

How to make Meju, '메주 만드는 법'

Have you ever had Korean food? I think that most countries have their own special sauces to cook with. Korea also has special and traditional sauces like soy sauce (ganjang, 간장), soybean paste (doenjang, 된장), and red pepper paste (gochujang, 고추장). To make doenjang, gochujang, and ganjang, we have to make the blocks of fermented soybeans (Meju, 메주). When I was a child, I often saw my mom making them. But now I am used to buying the sauces, instead of making them! *How to make Meju, '메주'* ---------------- 1. Prepare yellow soybeans and keep them soaked in water for about 8 hours. 2. Buddhism says that it's very difficult to meet again in this life time if there isn't a special connection in a previous life. Haven't you ever come across a person by chance without making promises on the earth living billions of people?
