A strange nightmare!, '이상한 악몽'

One night when I was 15 years old, I had a strange nightmare. In my dream, I was watching a funny cartoon on TV with my sister and my brother. While we were still watching my mom asked me to buy some vegetables at an outdoor market. In fact I didn't want to go there because it was such a long way away and I had heard a rumor about a ghost's house on the way. But I had to go there to avoid my mom's nagging. On the way to the market, I met a forked road. One way was a shortcut, but nobody wanted go there because a strange woman lived in that direction. The other road was really long, so it would take a long time to get to the market. I wanted to watch the cartoon on TV again so I chose the shortcut to go back home soon. I walked in a hurry. As I walked I noticed a small house and a strange woman drawing water from the wall. She was dressed in white morning cloths and was letting her long hair down her back. Suddenly our eyes met. I was very nervous and scared. I realized that I had to run away, but I could not move. She started following me and came closer to me. As soon as she tried to catch me, I woke up. Since then, I haven't had any nightmares for a long time. On winter afternoon a few months later, I received an art book from my art teacher at school. When I saw the cover of the book, I was very surprised because the strange woman was standing by the well in front of the house in the cover. What was more surprising was that the two colors of her face were the same that I had ever seen before in my dream. //// 제가 15살 때 어느 날 밤 저는 이상한 악몽을 꾸었어요. 꿈속에서 저는 여동생, 남동생과 같이 TV에서 재미있는 만화를 보고 있었어요. 그때 엄마가 시장에 가서 야채를 조금 사오라고 하셨어요. 사실 저는 거기에 가기 싫었어요. 왜냐하면 너무 멀고 시장 가는 길에 귀신 집이 있다는 소문을 들었기 때문이에요. 그러나 엄마의 잔소리를 듣지 않으려고 어쩔 수 없이 가야만 했어요. 시장에 가는 길에 두 갈래 길을 만났어요. 그 중의 한 길은 지름길이었지만 아무도 가기를 꺼려했어요. 왜냐하면 근처에 이상한 여자가 살고 있었기 때문이에요. 다른 한 길은 너무 멀어서 시장까지 가려면 오랜 시간이 걸렸어요. 저는 그 만화를 다시 보고 싶어서 집에 빨리 갈 수 있는 지름길을 선택했어요. 저는 서둘러 걸었어요. 걷고 있을 때 저는 작은 집과 어느 이상한 여자가 우물에서 물을 긷고 있는 것을 보았어요. 그녀는 하얀 소복을 입고 있었고 긴 머리를 허리까지 늘어뜨리고 있었어요. 그 순간 저희들의 눈이 마주쳤어요. 저는 너무 긴장되고 무서웠어요. 저는 도망가야 한다고 깨달았어요. 그러나 꼼짝도 할 수 없었어요. 그녀는 저를 따라오기 시작했고 거의 제 가까이까지 왔어요. 그녀가 저를 잡으려는 순간, 저는 잠에서 깼어요. 그 이후 한동안 저는 악몽을 꾸지 않았어요. 몇 달 뒤 어느 겨울 오후, 저는 학교에서 미술선생님에게서 화보 책을 받았어요. 저는 그 책의 표지를 보았을 때 매우 깜짝 놀랐어요. 왜냐하면 표지 속에 제 꿈속의 그 이상한 여자가 그 집 앞의 우물 옆에 서 있었기 때문이에요. 더 놀라운 것은 그녀의 두 가지 색깔의 얼굴이 전에 꿈속에서 봤던 똑같은 색깔이었어요.
